About Shannon

Over the last several years, Shannon has been involved in many real estate transactions in the Lake Geneva area. She takes immense pride in guiding her clients through the process of buying or selling their home, always providing them with a comprehensive understanding of local market values, delivering a high level of service, and most importantly being their trusted advocate.
 
Born and raised in Delavan, WI, she is proud to call herself a true lakes area native! She attended school in Delavan then left for Madison, WI, for her secondary education in Business Marketing. She returned to the Lake Geneva area to nurse a sports injury where she met her husband Rich. The beauty of the Lake Geneva area kept them here to raise their two very active boys.
 
Her initial interest in real estate started soon after her children were in college and her sales career in Chicago took a very unexpected turn. Living in the area collectively for 40 years, she has become well versed in all of the unique areas surrounding Geneva Lake as well as Lake Delavan. Having a sales and marketing background along with a wealth of knowledge of the area, Shannon decided to combine all of these attributes and help clients facilitate and navigate one of if not the largest purchase or sale in their life.
 
She has watched the Lake Geneva area grow from a small city to a now bustling, resort community. The growth has created a challenging market due to a large buyer pool and a lack of inventory. This is why it is so important to work with an agent who thinks outside the box, is familiar with neighborhoods, transportation, schools, commute times, current market trends, deal negotiations, and all that a real estate transaction entails.
 
When she is not selling or buying real estate, She loves spending time with her family and friends, cycling, hiking, playing pickleball and snuggling with her two corgis, Finn and Gizzy
